Questo clima particolare conferisce loro un <b>gusto fine e molto particolare<\/b>.<\/p><p>Il ritiro delle acque prodotto dalle maree costringe le ostriche a imparare a vivere fuori dall&#8217;acqua, ispessendo il guscio. Questo processo produce un <\/span><b style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var( --e-global-color-015499d ); font-size: 1rem;\">tipo unico di ostrica<\/b><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var( --e-global-color-015499d ); font-size: 1rem;\"> dal gusto delicato e raffinato. \u00c8 proprio grazie a questa dieta che le ostriche riescono a rigenerare rapidamente i loro tessuti cellulari e ad assorbire le caratteristiche uniche di questo ambiente. Un ambiente caratterizzato da antiche paludi trasformate in saline (claires). Poco profonde, si riempiono con le maree in aumento e trattengono l&#8217;acqua delle maree in diminuzione. Il gioiello della regione si chiama \u201c<b>Fine de Claire Verte<\/b>\u201d. Questo esemplare raro e prezioso ha una consistenza mediamente carnosa e un colore verde acqua molto caratteristico, dato da un&#8217;alga chiamata \u201c<b>navicule bleue<\/b>\u201d. Un prodotto stagionale e unico, dal gusto inimitabile.
